中农大康奈尔合作办学项目拟招聘2023-2024学年春季学期传染病与健康原理、食品工程原理和流行病学研究生课程助教，具体招聘情况如下：
Principles in Infectious Disease and Health, Food Engineering Principles and Epidemiology in Practice are degree-required courses offered by CAU-Cornell Dual Degree Program. The course is taught in English. To help guarantee personal attention to students and to monitor their progress, we are looking to recruit several graduate teaching assistants for the Spring 2024 semester.

三、岗位职责Job Responsibilities
需要具有良好的英语口语听说能力，能够使用英语作为工作语言进行理论课程辅导，包括批改作业、组织课堂讨论、辅助教师答疑等，以及完成任课老师布置的其它教学辅助工作。还需要记录学生上课出席情况及参与情况，并及时向讲师提供反馈。
To use English as a working language to facilitate major course activities including conducting small group exercises in class, grading assignments, answering questions etc., as well as completing other supportive tasks assigned by the instructor. The GTAs are also required to record students’ attendance and participation through attending every lecture, and provide timely feedback to the instructor.
四、招聘范围Application Requirements
助教应具备以下条件：
1.中国农业大学的全日制硕士、博士研究生，专业不限。
2.具有良好的英语口语听说能力，熟练应用英语工作。
3.熟悉课程内容，并对自己的工作负责。
4.有教学经验者优先。
The teaching assistants should:
1. Be Full-time master's or doctoral students at CAU. All majors are welcome.
2. Have an excellent command of English, particularly good at listening and speaking.
3. Be familiar with the course content, and be responsible in their work.
4. Previous experience in teaching are preferred.
五、津贴标准Allowance
100元/学时，具体根据岗位职责和工作量确定。
100 RMB per credit hour. The total payment will depend on responsibilities and workload of the position.

请于2024年4月19日中午12:00前填写电子版《中农大康奈尔项目课程研究生助教岗位申请及审批表》（附件1），申请人签字、导师签字后扫描为pdf文件并重命名为“康奈尔助教+首选课程名称+姓名”发邮箱wujingjing@cau.edu.cn。
研究生助教择优录取，并签订《中农大康奈尔项目研究生助教岗位聘任协议书》
Please complete the Application Form (Attachment 1) and send it to wujingjing@cau.edu.cn by 12:00pm on 19 April 2024. Signature of both the applicant and supervisor are required. Please scan it as a PDF file and rename it as "CAU-Cornell GTAs+course title+your name".
CAU-Cornell Dual Degree Program will organize English interviews with the candidates and then make the final selection. Those who are selected should sign the agreement with CAU-Cornell Dual Degree Program.
